Customer review - "Just had crawl space encapsulated. 3 Pros/Comfenergy is top notch - from original planning with Jesus- we decided to hold off on dehumidifier as there was no standing water and if monitoring doesn’t show decrease it can be added later, but for now to help stay within budget hopefully RH drops without it. I received 3 estimates plus one from termite company which was way off. As for value I found 3 Pros to be best. Installation was done by Juan and his team, they also tightened up dryer exhaust (thanks!), and finished just under 2 days. They worked hard and fast and everything seems thorough. For first time in almost 35 years, I can go into crawl and not feel itchy after because all the fiberglass batting is gone. Hopefully the moisture with it. In winter the mice were making it their home. No more.Fingers crossed won’t need DH but if I do I will be using this company.Thanks all!"

Hey!    I just got my gas bill for last month and it was significantly cheaper! the previous month our bill was $160, this bill for last month was only $104! Scott provided our home with a complete energy audit. Focusing on a plan to remove and replace our existing attic blown in fiberglass insulation with cellulose insulation. Expertly explained the details of removing old insulation, decontaminating both attics, sealing all exposed areas with a sealant and installing new insulation. Answered all my questions and concerns and provided us with the best solution to address our issues. He is a very excellent representative for Comfenergy.

We were wondering what needed to happen to help reduce energy costs and weren’t sure where to begin. Eric did an outstanding job walking us through their recommendations while being understanding of our budget. We addressed the issues in our attic above our main level bedrooms and have already noticed a huge improvement in comfort at night! Following the service, we had a few small holes in our bathroom ceiling. When doing this kind of work, nail pops can occur and are out of the control of the technician. our second floor during the summer was pretty much an oven. Comfenergy came in, did a great comprehensive check up of our place, and then give us a plan to move forward to fix the issue. There is no pressure, everything was really explained well and easy to understand. We went forward with the work, and now it’s like we have a totally different house. The upstairs is so much cooler and comfortable. And I know we’re gonna see some savings as well in our energy bill. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Carl was great.
