The salesperson worked with us to find best solution for our budget.  The crew was helpful and explained everything they did and showed us what they were doing.  Professional, and cleaned up afterwards.

I asked Comfenergy to evaluate two problems I was having. First, I noticed rust stains on my ceiling ducts as well as bits of insulation coming out of them. Second, the master bedroom was noticeably hotter in the summer and colder in the winter than the other bedrooms. While Justin was there, I asked him to evaluate the entire house to see if I had other issues that affected its energy efficiency. Justin did a very thorough evaluation. He demonstrated and explained everything to me in a straightforward and easy-to-understand manner. What I appreciated the most though was his honesty. He told me that the issues with the ducts needed to be fixed but found that everything else was in good working order. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something that I didn’t need but gave me an honest evaluation of my home’s energy efficiency and provided a solution that worked to address the one issue I had.

Justin, Anthony, Ariel, Robert, Ulises, Irvine, and all who worked this crawlspace encapsulation were personable and professional.  Special mention is made of Justin.  A hard working, bright young man.  Ariel and Anthony provided immediate response and corrected a post-install problem.  Terrific customer service!

Shayne did an excellent job explaining the work that needed to be done.  They were prompt and polite and Ismael was thorough, answered questions, and explained everything well.

Scott Beers was very easy to work with and the book and descriptive materials were so profesionally done I was sold.   The crew were very professional keeping me advised of what they were doing, cleaned up every day, and at my request took before and after photos.   The prepared materials showing the problem and solutions so I knew what would be done instilled confidence your company knew what they were doing.  Scott printed out the sheets for my individual issues.  I could select what I wanted done and when based on my budget and priorities.   I had all the work done which was recommended and am so grateful to Comfenergy for solving my energy insulation problems.
