Hey there,I wanted to let you know that both teams this week were great to work with. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and regularly gave us opportunities to check and see how things were going. They took lots of precautions to keep things clean in the house, and vacuumed well afterwards. I'm pretty sure the stairs are cleaner now than they were before your folks were here.In particular, the problems with our ceiling could have been an opportunity for unscrupulous contractors to upsell or take advantage of us. Instead, the leader of Wednesday's crew (I believe his name wasRobert) made calls to a several drywall contractors and found one who was available on Thursday. I really appreciate him being straightforward with us, and for making the connections that made it possible to complete the insulation job quickly.I'll be sure to let you know if we end up having any problems with the seal or insulation. But so far everything's gone about as well as we could've hoped, and I really appreciate how your teams worked this week.Jim

Customer review - "They came and assessed our concerns and did an energy inspection to determine where we were losing energy. Our main concern was the third floor and how warm it gets in the summer and no matter how many fans we had running it was still uncomfortable. After Pedro inspected, it was discovered that we were mostly losing energy in the attic and our ducts. They cleaned out our old attic insulation (and dust) and then added a radiant barrier to the attic and sealed our dusts, improving things almost immediately. now the third floor is the same temp as the main level of our townhouse in Reston. Highly recommend Comfenergy!"

Carl did a great job explaining different options.  Anthony and Irvin were very professional.  They made sure everything was explained to me along the way and did a superb job of cleaning up along the way.  

I asked Comfenergy to evaluate two problems I was having. First, I noticed rust stains on my ceiling ducts as well as bits of insulation coming out of them. Second, the master bedroom was noticeably hotter in the summer and colder in the winter than the other bedrooms. While Justin was there, I asked him to evaluate the entire house to see if I had other issues that affected its energy efficiency. Justin did a very thorough evaluation. He demonstrated and explained everything to me in a straightforward and easy-to-understand manner. What I appreciated the most though was his honesty. He told me that the issues with the ducts needed to be fixed but found that everything else was in good working order. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something that I didn’t need but gave me an honest evaluation of my home’s energy efficiency and provided a solution that worked to address the one issue I had.

Justin, Anthony, Ariel, Robert, Ulises, Irvine, and all who worked this crawlspace encapsulation were personable and professional.  Special mention is made of Justin.  A hard working, bright young man.  Ariel and Anthony provided immediate response and corrected a post-install problem.  Terrific customer service!

Shayne did an excellent job explaining the work that needed to be done.  They were prompt and polite and Ismael was thorough, answered questions, and explained everything well.  

It was clear in what I was buying.  Very professional crew and very careful in making sure that I was satisfied.

Cannot speak well enough of how pleased I am with Kelvin, Rodrigo, and Manuel.... fantastic team.  They were courteous, professional, kind, and good listeners.  I am very very pleased with their service.   Shayne was outstanding revealing the issues.
