Good morning Michael! I have no idea what your people actually did, from a task or skill perspective. I haven't gone up to see and wouldn't really know what I was looking at beyond a general idea anyway. I can speak to the results. It is warm, not freezing or sweltering. In every room. I don't put on boots and three layers to cook. I don't need a swimsuit to navigate my upper level. And my heat isn't running all the time either.  Your team was pleasant and considerate. Jordan went above and beyond in terms of helping me manage unexpected household situations (he called 15 min before arriving so I could put the dog up, a half hour before departing so I could return, sent pictures for the trust, etc).   Christine is and has been fabulous at every point. And...this will sound silly but trust me, it isn't...unlike the construction crew that recently departed, your team did not leave my powder room looking like a port-a-potty in a third world country. Corey,   I wanted to send a quick note to say thanks. Our crawlspace encapsulation and fireplace bump out insulation work was completed last Friday.   The crew led by Ismael did a really good job...the crawlspace looks great and I already have things stored in there. I put down some interlocking rubber/foam flooring (from Costco) over top of the CleanSpace liner to protect it when sliding plastic containers, works great in case you want to recommend to anyone who plans to use the crawlspace for storage.   We already notice a huge difference in our family room above the crawlspace, between the encapsulation and the fireplace insulation it's much warmer in that room, especially in the evenings. No air draft around the fireplace insert.   All in all a great overall experience, from my initial call, to your comprehensive energy audit and estimate, to the scheduling and the work being done. The salesperson did a great job. I was pleased to discover that Comfenergy works with vaulted ceilings. It took a while for my appointment- no complaints though. The crew did amazing and my master bedroom already feels better! I am very happy with the work this company provided.

They did an amazing job sealing the gap between the garage and basement before spraying.  Ariel is an excellent rep of your company.  When I do future work I will specifically request Ariel as the contractor.
