The project was to insulate a cantilever kitchen bump out that had sink pipes running under it.  Both the sales adviser and the project manager were outstanding.  Mike Wilson did a great job explaining everything he was doing as he was doing it, capturing with photos and doing everything the right way!  Defintely recommend them and use them again. 

Customer review - "Just had crawl space encapsulated. 3 Pros/Comfenergy is top notch - from original planning with Jesus- we decided to hold off on dehumidifier as there was no standing water and if monitoring doesn’t show decrease it can be added later, but for now to help stay within budget hopefully RH drops without it. I received 3 estimates plus one from termite company which was way off. As for value I found 3 Pros to be best. Installation was done by Juan and his team, they also tightened up dryer exhaust (thanks!), and finished just under 2 days. They worked hard and fast and everything seems thorough. For first time in almost 35 years, I can go into crawl and not feel itchy after because all the fiberglass batting is gone. Hopefully the moisture with it. Michael Dowling was very helpful with all the info I needed for the estimate.  The crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job in prepping, injecting foam, and cleaning up. I can tell the difference in how quiet the walls are now.

I contacted Justin because our first floor master bedroom was extremely hot during the summer and very cold in the winter. When Justin came out, he did a thorough inspection and explained his findings in detail. He used thermal imaging to determine our bedroom attic had no insulation above it. Since there was no access to this area, his high-tech gear was able to see what we could not. Justin is extremely polite, extremely patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Justin and the amazing Comfenergy crew to anyone.

Good morning Michael! I have no idea what your people actually did, from a task or skill perspective. I haven't gone up to see and wouldn't really know what I was looking at beyond a general idea anyway. I can speak to the results. It is warm, not freezing or sweltering. In every room. I don't put on boots and three layers to cook. I don't need a swimsuit to navigate my upper level. And my heat isn't running all the time either.  Your team was pleasant and considerate. Jordan went above and beyond in terms of helping me manage unexpected household situations (he called 15 min before arriving so I could put the dog up, a half hour before departing so I could return, sent pictures for the trust, etc).   Christine is and has been fabulous at every point. And...this will sound silly but trust me, it isn't...unlike the construction crew that recently departed, your team did not leave my powder room looking like a port-a-potty in a third world country.
