Haymarket, VA Attic Upgrade

This Haymarket, VA home was suffering from too hot summers and too cold winters. This was having a negative impact on the comfort level of the home. When our sales professional Tim went out to the property to perform a full home inspection, he determined that the best course of action would be to air seal and reinsulate the attic. Tim explained to the homeowners that the primary cause of their discomfort was inefficient insulation, allowing heat to build up in the summer and cold to build up in the winter. After the homeowners agreed to Tim's solution our service crews went out to get to work on the home. The crews started by removing and disposing of all the old low-grade insulation. After that, they applied ZypFoam to all the potential air leaks on the now bare attic floor. Finally, the crew Installed the new TruSoft cellulose insulation to keep the home warm year round.
