To Whom it May Concern:   The temperature was 18 degrees outside when I woke up this morning. Inside, in every room of my house the temperature was 70 degrees.  I live in a very old house where indoor temperatures would hover around 60 degrees under such circumstances in previous years.  I must give thanks to Comfenergy’s Carl for making my house so much more livable.  He provided the  knowledge and advice to help me decide on the best, most cost-effective way to improve insulation and minimize air leakage in my house.  He was so honest, that he dissuaded me from overdoing the insulation “just to be safe”, telling me that his recommendations would suffice.  All I can say is a big THANK YOU to Carl!  I will always be confident in the advice he provides, from home insulation needs to wet basement solutions. Scott explained the services and worked with me to arrive at a price I could afford. The crew was very good.  They were very focused to repair the punch list items to my satisfaction.  A "5" for customer service!

Scott Beers was great at explaining the pros and cons of all the options.  Jordan, Manny, and Irvin were very polite and friendly.  The energy auditor (Alex) made us feel confortable and Scott (salesperson) was very knowledgeable and made us feel like our issues would be resolved.  Scott listened to all our concerns and helped us decide upon the best solution for our home.  

Hey there,I wanted to let you know that both teams this week were great to work with. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and regularly gave us opportunities to check and see how things were going. They took lots of precautions to keep things clean in the house, and vacuumed well afterwards. I'm pretty sure the stairs are cleaner now than they were before your folks were here.In particular, the problems with our ceiling could have been an opportunity for unscrupulous contractors to upsell or take advantage of us. Instead, the leader of Wednesday's crew (I believe his name wasRobert) made calls to a several drywall contractors and found one who was available on Thursday. I really appreciate him being straightforward with us, and for making the connections that made it possible to complete the insulation job quickly.I'll be sure to let you know if we end up having any problems with the seal or insulation. But so far everything's gone about as well as we could've hoped, and I really appreciate how your teams worked this week.Jim

Our main concern was the third floor and how warm it gets in the summer and no matter how many fans we had running it was still uncomfortable. After Pedro inspected, it was discovered that we were mostly losing energy in the attic and our ducts. They cleaned out our old attic insulation (and dust) and then added a radiant barrier to the attic and sealed our dusts, improving things almost immediately. now the third floor is the same temp as the main level of our townhouse in Reston. "During this past summer, we experienced very warm temperatures on our second floor and we also had concerns about attic mold due to the high humidity. I can't say enough about how happy I am with their service and the results speak for themselves.  My house is more comfortable and i don't experience the significant changes in air quality as it goes from day to night and warm to cold.  I am very pleased.  They resolved a humidity problem which had caused staining in my interior walls.  All better now!

These guys are really good. They did a full-blown crawlspace encapsulation for me back around 2018-19 and it looked amazing. Over the past 7-8 years, with different trades coming and going, and a leaky furnace, I called and asked if they could come out and do a cleanup, and patch a few areas. They charged me a very reasonable fee to send one of their technicians, a gentleman named Kobe, and he did a top-notch job in cleaning and patching, and also alerted me to a minor leak in one of my pipes (including photos) which I have a Plumber coming to fix. If you need crawlspace work, I highly recommend this company.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable.  Not a high pressure salesperson and I appreciate this.   Comfenergy adjusted to our schedule without any problems.   The installation crew was great.  Their professionalism was evident in the care they took to make sure they asked questions when needed.  They also took care when moving about my house and when they left, everything was clean.
