Second review: Had another reason to work with Comfenergy. Once again, Carl helped identify the problem and scope of work. He's super customer focused and really wants to find the cause and solution. Melvin was back with new team members Alvaro, Steve and Marcus. It's nice to be comfortable with people when they're in your home doing work. These guys worked very hard. Abby, Christine and Brenda in the office were also involved in making the project successful. This company has excellent customer service and I'm glad to know they are there if I need additional work that falls under their scope of service.
