Challenge
This McLean, VA homeowner had a covered porch (uninsulated) and they were converting it into a sun room they wanted to use all year round. It needed to be insulated well, so Comfenergy used closed cell spray foam to make the job the best it could be!
Solution
The ceiling of the covered porch was removed and closed cell spray foam was used to insulate and seal the roof decking above. Now any heating or cooling they put into this sun room will stay there and make them comfortable all year round. Many homeowners build a sun room and end up only being able to use it a couple months out of the year... not this one!!!
