Challenge

This Charles Town, WV homeowner had issues with the HVAC duct work sweating in the crawl space and it was creating a space for mold, and rodents that like water.

Solution

Comfenergy used a two part, closed cell spray foam to encapsulate the duct work. This seals the ducting to make it more efficient, and keeps it from sweating.

Here is a close up. It's approximately 2" thick and creates a leak free ducting system. This makes the air go into the home and not the crawl space.
