"We have had such a wonderful experience with Comfenergy. We have a 1950s cinderblock house that was incredibly cold in the winter and incredibly humid in the summer. We spent months trying to figure out the HVAC system, only to determine that the insulation was the real issue. Comfenergy did extensive work to encapsulate both the attic and the crawl space, in addition to installing a dehumidifier and fan system in the crawl space. We have been thoroughly impressed with the entire team from the sales call through the end of the project. Carl came out to do our initial assessment and was incredibly detailed - taking great pictures of every single thing and clearly putting in the legwork to make sure we had the best system to solve our ongoing problems. Juan, Carlos, and Ariel all did great work through very hot weather and really did a great job cleaning up as well. Stephen has been so helpful with facilitating the rebates available after insulation work. And Myra in the office has been great as well! We have also worked with competing company JES for other work in the crawl space and the work and communication with Comfenergy blew them away.
