Comfenergy found severe air leakage from the home into the attic and performed a complete attic air seal using one part spray foam.  The bathroom exhaust fan was not vented to the outside of the home. This was allowing hot/humid air to enter the attic and condense during the winter. Comfenergy extended the bathroom exhaust fan to the outside of the attic.  We also wrapped the furnace flue line with rock wool, fire resistant insulation.
