Challenge

This Leesburg, VA homeowner wanted to turn his garage into a conditioned workshop to be able to use year round.

Solution

Comfenergy opened a portion of the garage ceiling to dense pack TruSoft cellulose into the ceiling of the garage. The water lines and drain lines were "boxed in" using foam boards foirst to keep them from freezing. The walls had smal (2.5" diameter) holes drilled to allow us to dense pack the walls too.
