Customer review - "We purchased our 1950s home last summer and thought having our vents cleaned and sealed might be a good idea. I’m incredibly glad I did, and am even more happy that I went with 3-pros. The workers were incredibly professional and courteous. The level of dust and buildup in the vents, which I saw firsthand, was nauseating. The end result was that the vents were immaculate and the aeroseal sealing resulted in a 95% decrease in the amount of air that was escaping from all of the leaks throughout the ventilation. I waited over a month to write this review so I could make sure my family noticed a before/after difference in the air quality and temperature distribution. The difference is extreme. The air is noticeably fresher, and our lower level and second level is so much more comfortable than before the aeroseal. This was one of the best improvements we made to our older brick home."

Second review: Had another reason to work with Comfenergy. Once again, Carl helped identify the problem and scope of work. He's super customer focused and really wants to find the cause and solution. Melvin was back with new team members Alvaro, Steve and Marcus. It's nice to be comfortable with people when they're in your home doing work. These guys worked very hard. Abby, Christine and Brenda in the office were also involved in making the project successful. This company has excellent customer service and I'm glad to know they are there if I need additional work that falls under their scope of service.First review: Melvin, Marvin and Yessenia were total professionals when they came to insulate my hvac ducts today. I can't say enough about their customer service. They worked hard to create solutions to every question I had. Carl was also really helpful when assessing what work was needed. We were able to change the method of fire proofing with the project underway - good flexibility. Only company to explain health and safety issues!! This was also the only company of four that gave an appraisal that provided health and safety information on the product and how ventilation should be performed!!!

"We live in an old townhome in Del Ray. We were humidity issues throughout our house and our electric bills were incredibly high. Jon P from Comfenergy came out and took a look at our place and identified some of our issues. He then took the time to listen to my concerns and offered up some ideas on how we could address our problem (all incredibly affordable!). Comfenergy came out and removed our existing insulation, air-sealed our attic, and then installed new insulation. Our electric bills have been cut in half and our attic looks amazing. The entire Comfenergy team are professional, kind, and courteous. They stand by their work and will go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied with the work.
