How knowledgeable was the energy adviser

Matt was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining what he was doing and what he found.

Matt was very friendly, and extremely considerate of keeping my house clean. He also was very thoughtful about wearing a mask and sanitizing frequently.

How pleased were you with the experience

I'm looking forward to having the work done, and I would recommend having the energy audit to anyone.

What did they learn that was most surprising:

That once the work is done in my attic, I should turn off the ventilation fan that runs during the summer.
