Bill was incredibly thorough and even on a hot day spent a good amount of time in our attic

What did they learn that was most surprising:

Bill informed us of some electrical work in the attic that we should have an electrician look at. I turned out all our bedroom fans were installed very poorly and dangerously by previous owners.
