I was impressed by how knowledgeable my energy advisor was and how much I was able to learn from his analysis.

He took the time to inform me about all concerns he noted in my home.

My energy advisor was so polite and friendly! He took the time to answer all questions I had.

How pleased were you with the experience

I'm very pleased with my experience thus far.

What did they learn that was most surprising:

The fact that the un-insulated ducts are likely contributing more than I realized to the temperature changes in my home.
