What did they learn that was most surprising:

One of our upstairs bedrooms had always been colder then the rest of the house. I thought it was because the window needed to be replaced, which we did but it did not help. We found out during your visit that it was because of the covering on top of our box window in our kitchen below this bedroom. Had no idea that was where the problem was originating.
