Despite getting a new HVAC I was still feeling the heat on hot days and 8 insulation contractors advised it was the lack of insulation. Carl did a thorough inspection of my attic showing me where heat was entering the home, took pictures, and and discovered a 3inch gap between the HVAC and the duct work which was ultimately why the upstairs was not getting cool. The salesperson was very knowledgeable.  Not a high pressure salesperson and I appreciate this.   Comfenergy adjusted to our schedule without any problems.   The installation crew was great.  Their professionalism was evident in the care they took to make sure they asked questions when needed.  They also took care when moving about my house and when they left, everything was clean.
