Challenge

This Springfield, VA homeowner just needed to add insulation to sell the home per their home inspector.

Solution

Comfenergy installed new soffit baffles for proper attic ventilation, air sealed leakage points in the floor of the attic, and then added R60 TruSoft cellulose insulation.
