Profession, thorough, polite and respectful. I am completely satisfied with work that was done -- and I was really skeptical prior to this.
When work was done employees cleaned up all materials left, swept floors and took out all trash.
What made you choose our company:
Sales rep was not pushy and offered me solutions to other problems found during sales audit. He was respectful, calm, answered all questions and very patient during this whole process. It was important for me to feel he understood my fears and that make me feel comfortable continuing with contract. When installation crew arrived there was a question re work and Shayne called back immediately. Very impressive!
