What did they learn that was most surprising:

Carl performed and amazingly detailed analysis, encouraged questions, gave understandable answers. We were very impressed, but in the balance, we who are living on a retirement income cannot, in what is likely to be limited time frame in this house, recover the outlay. We did ask Carl for his card as we will definitely pass on friends what Comfenergy can provide.
