Barbara Comstock Visits Small Business in Loudoun

March 4th, 2016 Barbara Comstock, Republican Member of US Congress from Virginia's 10th District visits Comfenergy in Sterling to show interest and learn what she could do to support this growing concern.

Sterling, VA - March 7, 2016

Barbara Comstock visits Comfenergy, a growing Home Performance Contractor in Sterling Va. in order to better understand the concerns of her constituency.

"It is not often that a member of congress stops by for an informal meeting at a company of our size" commented John LeVan, co-owner of Comfenergy.  "We really appreciated that Congresswoman Comstock would take the time to learn more about our company" added partner Justin Dobson.

Comfenergy came to the attention of Comstock's office as a result of their success in growing the business rapidly while supporting the community.  The young company has already racked up recognition from the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce where Dobson was recognized as the entrepreneur of the year in 2015, and the company was recognized as the service business of the year finalist in 2014 and 2015.  Comfenergy has also been recognized by Leesburg Today's  "Best of Loudoun" in 2015 and 2016, and was the nation’s 4th largest dealer of Dr. Energy Saver products in their second year of business.

Comfenergy is a 22 person firm in the nascent Home Performance Industry.  Home Performance contractors seek to fix uncomfortable houses through a process of scientific testing and inspection combined with construction techniques that improve the building envelope.  When your comfort issues are fixed you also reduce your energy consumption as an extra benefit.
