Shayne began his career in residential construction and remodeling, 10 years prior to entering the Home Performance industry. After receiving his training with the Building Performance Institute (BPI), he spent 10 years working as a building scientist for several Home Performance companies. His certifications include: Building Performance Institute (Analyst and Envelope Specialist), EPA Lead Certified Re-modeler, HERS Rater, and Home Energy Score Assessor.
