Competent young man who listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.

He explained the home envelope and I found that useful in evaluating the proposed scope of work.

He was easy to talk to and a JMU graduate. Whoop.

Well educated and showed good patience.

What did they learn that was most surprising:

I learned about the home envelope concept which made sense. I am a scientist and am familiar with heat transfer, humidity considerations, and technical applications. As well as the environmental conditions creating mold and mildew.
