What did they learn that was most surprising:

Recessed lights in upper rooms are huge source of heat loss.

Company's Response:

We did get with Mrs. Spillie and set another appointment for our basement waterproofing consultant to go and visit with her.  I think Mrs. Spille did not realize that we were the company that did basement waterproofing. We did finsih the basement waterproffing for her.
