Comfenergy/3 Pros Basement Systems is one of Northern Virginia's premier home performance and basement waterproofing companies. We provide home performance solutions such as insulation, air sealing, spray foam application, basement waterproofing systems and crawl space repair, and are a talented, passionate, motivated, and experienced team of crafters.

We are expanding our installation service team and hiring several experienced and entry level individuals who are eager to learn and advance with us.

Candidate qualifications:
- A valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background screen and drug test.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds individually.
- Must work well with others.
- Must be reliable with good attendance, and authorization to work within the US.
