Apprentice: Home Performance Technician

This position handles installation of home performance solutions, insulation, spray foam, basement waterproofing, and crawl space encapsulation. We train you to learn these skills that are in high demand!! We have a unique compensation plan that allows you to earn more as you get better at your job.
