Very friendly. Although he made his sales pitch, as one would expect, he was not pushy at all and was very respectful.

I did not have the energy audit done. The visit was only to assess attic insulation and air seal needs.

How pleased were you with the experience
I would have signed a contract if it wasn't for the price that exceeded my budget and expectations.

What did they learn that was most surprising:

The price. I was not aware that air sealing was so costly, but given that most of it is due to manual labor, I can appreciate the pricing. I just wasn't prepared for it.
