How knowledgeable was the energy adviser
Did the energy adviser explain his findings

Really did not do a complete audit of the house. Only focused on our concerns. Did not go in the attic or in any bedrooms. I suppose if we develop a problem there we can call you back.

What did they learn that was most surprising:

We already knew where the problems were. Expected to get advice if we had anything wrong with the house that we had not focused on.
